Cancellation Policy
⚪️Please be aware that there is a 48 hour cancellation & reschedule policy charged 50% of services . Same day cancellations, rescheduling , no show & Late appointments will be charged 100% of services booked. This money will go toward the missed appointment and will not be carried over to another appointment.

⚪️5 minute window will be allowed for tardiness. The Card on file will be immediately charged after 10 minutes of tardiness with no communication as I am assuming you’re not coming. If card is declined, you will not be allowed to reschedule until service is paid.

⚪️If you need to downgrade your service in any way, please do so within the 48 hour mark to avoid being fully charged. Example- booking a foil and only needing a haircut.
